What is the best way to compress voice? ...

I made a recording of a 2 hour meeting using garageband. Now I need to e-mail it to somebody - that means I need it less than 25Mb.

What's the best way to get it down to this level? It is currently 62Mb in Garageband.

I've tried pulling it onto logic, turning it from stereo to mono, getting it down to 16 bit recording and deleting silence - but the file seems to get bigger!
