combining audio for comping ...

Hello all, Is it possible to create a comp take folder with audio that was recorded on separate tracks? I recorded a piano piece that is very rubato and therefore won't work with a click. Because the timing of each take won't line up precisely, I recorded 3 takes to different tracks, rather than as a comp folder. I think in Logic 9 you can nudge individual takes within a comp folder, but I'm using Logic 8 and I don't think it will do that.

Is there a way to line up individual sections that need to be replaced, and create a comp folder? Or what is the best way to comp this type of audio?
