Logic is over riding MIDI learn in RMX ...

Hi

I use a Kontrol 49, Logic 9 and the spectrasonics plug-ins. For some strange reason, when I select MIDI learn in RMX Stylus or another plug-in, it won't work as the focus seems to be on moving a slider in Logic. Are MIDI learn templates controlled by RMX, the K49 or Logic? I've been trying to work it out for hours to no avail so any help in resetting my MIDI learn feature would be very much appreciated.
