No output sound in headphones when ...

I have an 88.2 kHz, 24-bit session. I'm using Logic Pro 8.0.2. I'm trying to record vocals and electric guitar, but there is a big problem. I cannot hear myself when I sing or play the guitar in my headphones when the track is record enabled. I can only hear what I have recorded once I stop recording and play it back. Also, Guitar Amp Pro does not produce any sound when record enabled. I am using the "Inst" input on my audio interface. I set the levels just right, but I do not get the output signal, which means that I can either only hear the faint input signal, or not hear anything at all. I checked that Auto Input Monitoring is off, unless I'm punch recording. I also checked the buffer, which is at a 512, which is just right for me.

How can I fix this problem? I can only feel my voice, not hear it in my headphones. There must be an easy fix. This did not use to happen before. I even tried using the Input monitoring button on the record enabled track, but that does not give me the wet sound coming out of Guitar Amp Pro. I want to hear the signal coming out of Logic, not what is going in. The outputs of the tracks read "Output 1-2", which is what I need. Unfortunately, I can only hear the output signal when I play the recording back. Needless to say, this kills the recording vibe quite a bit. Any suggestions? Thanks.
